K Parrish & Son on-site weigbridge plays a key role in the efficeient management of our arable farming operation.  Every load of grain harvested from the field is weighed as it arrives at the grain store.  This allows K Parrish & Son to record accurate yields and maintain a detailed understanding of or our crops throughout harvst and storage.

By weighing each load directly from the field, we are able to monitor yields on a field-by-field and variety-by-variety basis.  This data helps us analyse crop performance, assess seasonal results, and improve future cropping planning.

The weighbridge also allows us to maintain an accurate record o what is held in each grain store.  Using this information, we create clear store plans so that grain is organised efficiently and traceability is maintained throughout the storage period.  Having precise records means we always know exactly how much grain is available for sale.

When grain is sold and loaded for transport, each outgoing load is weighed on the weighbridge before leaving the farm.  This ensures that all sales are recorded accurately and transparently for both our business and our customers.

Our weighbridge system is fully computerised, allowing us to record and manage weight data efficiently.  The weighbridge is professionally calibrated each year to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance.
